Pushing Past the Enough Mark

Have you ever pushed yourself out of your comfort zone to the point that after the discomfort left you still felt a lingering drained feeling? That is one of my biggest issues right now with trying to adjust to new comfort zones. People have a way of moving so fast and being so busy that they sometimes make it to where you feel like you were just in an interrogation or a therapist that felt like it would have still continued even if you were not actually there.
I keep trying to push myself to help more people and to get out of my comfort zone, but when I am doing this I can feel myself being stretched to limits that may just break. I feel physically drained like i just spent all day working on landscaping in the hot summer sun, even though to most I have just chilled all day.
I will get thru this.
